PRICES
Prices are available by contacting EmCal. They are current at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct printing errors, and will notify you before shipping, if a price is higher than you indicated on your purchase order.

QUOTATIONS
We will be happy to provide you with a quotation. Our standard quote is for 30 days. Please advise us in advance if more time is needed. All requests for quotes should include specific quantities for each line item, any specific shipping instructions, your complete destination address, contact phone number and desired date of delivery.

EVALUATIONS
Thirty day product evaluations are available under certain circumstances, and are strictly controlled. They are available only to institutions or companies with established credit. Request for evaluation must be accompanied by a bona fide purchase order, or on a printed letterhead request with an authorized signature agreeing to the terms and conditions. Customers are required to pay the shipping costs, (both ways if it is returned). The product must be returned, double boxed, with all materials in the original shipment including packing material, and all instruction manuals. All components must be in new, resalable condition. Products sent back to EmCal in unresalable condition will be returned to the customer and will be invoiced appropriately. It will be the customer’s sole responsibility to return the evaluation sample(s) within the allotted time.

PURCHASE ORDERS
All purchase orders must be in writing and signed, preferably with a purchase order number. They must be accompanied by a “ship to” address and a “bill to” address with any desired delivery times indicated. A bona fide purchase order will be deemed an agreement to these terms and conditions and to any terms contained in any quotation we have provided.

SHIPPING
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all shipments are FOB shipping point using packing and shipping methods of our choosing. Our primary shipper is UPS and, unless requested otherwise, all shipments are by UPS ground.

TERMS
Our terms are net 30 days from the date of shipment. The 30 days is for US institutions and companies with established credit. We also accept Mastercard and Visa for domestic orders only. Individuals placing an order must submit a check, money order, or credit card with your order. International shipments require prepayment by interbank wire transfer or certified check drawn on a US bank.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns without prior written authorization. If a return is deemed valid, an RMA number will be assigned and the customer is responsible for returning the equipment, freight prepaid, in its original package with all packing materials. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders may not be returned.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your shipment arrives damaged contact UPS immediately so they may examine the package, and advise you on filing your claim. EmCal will assist you in any way we can, to expedite your claim with the carrier.

BIDS
EmCal submits dozens of institutional bids every year and we would like to participate in your bids. Please include us on your bid list and send us the necessary forms.

WARRANTY
Warranties on products and components not manufactured by EmCal are as established under each manufacturer's separate warranty policy. Such warranties pass to the end user on delivery. EmCal is happy to assist as needed in the processing of any warranty claims.

The warranty on EmCal manufactured products or components is three years and is limited to the replacement or repair of a product found to be defective prior to shipping. Other warranty conditions and restrictions apply. Please see our Warranty link for details.
